CGB Paper Money Live Auction - April 2, 2019: the Stéphane Lelièvre collection

428 lots are for sale at this April 2, 2019 Live Auction, which breaks down into three chapters, i.e. two collections (Remi Dargent and Stéphane Lelièvre collections) and a refined selection of banknotes. Second part of the sale presents the Stéphane Lelièvre collection.

The second collection to be auctioned off (lots 4290130 to 4290176) is a standard one – focused on the Banque de France and error notes. It was built-up by Stéphane Lelièvre, a young collector who managed to compile a lovely selection of notes and a series of error notes, which is always challenging. You may find among these the rare gem you’ve been seeking for years. As a whole, there are 47 notes which were meticulously selected for their specific interest, from the 19^th century to the last gamme issuances (the last series of notes denominated in Francs before the Euro).
