Medals shop : 65 new medals

Hello ,

Here is for today some new medals among which you will find some historical's medals as this one to the face of Catherine II of Russia minted at the occasion of the variola's inoculation to her and her only son, Paul. The purpose of manoeuvre was to reassure and encourage population to do the same thing. There is also this nice medal in silver-plated tin, minted in England, to commemorate the last interview between Louis XVI and his family.
