We inform you that our offices will be closed on Monday, June 9, 2025, in observance of Whit Monday. Consequently, our customer service will be unavailable from Saturday, June 7 to Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
At the same time, our activity has been particularly busy in recent days due to our promotional Spring weekend followed by the closing of our last auction. To avoid leaving too many packages waiting in carriers' warehouses during this long public holiday weekend—a period prone to errors or losses—some of our shipments have been voluntarily postponed.
Shipping of your purchases validated on our website cgb.fr will resume on Tuesday, June 10. Processing times for your orders or responding to your messages may therefore be slightly longer than our usual standards.
We thank you for your understanding and remain committed to ensuring quality service as soon as we resume operations.
