Proof note 10000 Francs Victoire 1939 NE.1939. The depletion of banknote stocks following the events of 1938 led the Bank of France to urgently launch the development of 300 Franc, 3,000 Franc, and 10,000 Franc notes. This urgency prompted the design department to re-use the vignette from the 5,000 Franc Victoire note and transform it into a 10,000 Franc note, enlarging the vignette and adding a line of text on the left and right.

Among them, you will find this medal issued for the First International Exhibition of Maritime Industries held in Naples, Italy, in 1871.
