Happy New Year to all! As we have just turned the page on a year full of challenges, we hope that 2025 will bring relief to the economic, political and geopolitical uncertainties that mark our daily lives. In the meantime, more motivated than ever, the CGB team will fully mobilize to continue to share numismatic information and passion.

Whether through the Bulletin Numismatique, our sales catalogs, our collaboration within the trade union (SNENNP), our publications on social networks or our participation in numismatic fairs in France and abroad, our commitment remains total.

Year after year, our team grows, allowing us to further expand our offer. We continue, relentlessly, to organize sales dedicated to coins, medals, tokens and banknotes, at a sustained but necessary pace to meet the challenge we have set ourselves: to ensure the transparency of our auctions and to establish a real reliable market price, verifiable in our archives.

As every year, CGB will continue to be widely present at numismatic fairs, in France and internationally.

For several years, CGB has also offered the sale of coins and ingots in gold, silver, platinum and palladium. This service is aimed at those who wish to secure part of their savings. Of course, we do not control price fluctuations, but our expertise is there to guide you. Our solutions adapt to all expectations and all budgets. If you are interested in this service, we would be delighted to inform you or support you in your project, without any commitment on your part. True to our mission of transmission, we continue to offer free estimates and share our knowledge in precious metals.

Finally, we are pleased to announce the upcoming publication of the long-awaited update of the guide book Les Monnaies Romaines. This essential reference will be available in the first half of 2025.
