Publication of the new edition of La Cote des Billets!

2021–2025… It took just under four years to completely deplete our stock of the large-format edition of La Cote des Billets (French Banknote Price Guide reference). So what to do? A reprint of the same edition? A complete overhaul? Neither, as collectors were won over by its structure and content; there was no need to revise the well-established nomenclature. Nor was the latter a simple reprint, as some prices change, rarities appear, and new notes are essential. Therefore, here is La Cote… new edition. “Revised and corrected…and updated.” Thus, there will be no disruption for collectors, no loss of bearings, and immediate usability, but still an update of the prices and, above all, hundreds of added or corrected notes.

Without a reference work, without classification, without information, a collection dies; blogs and websites are useful, but the book remains an essential common foundation. Writing and publishing La Cote des Billets is a major undertaking and a significant investment, but it is necessary.
We hope that this edition will satisfy collectors, that they will find what they need to keep their passion alive.
